The number of slots that the guild bank says it has available is wrong. I deposited 3 items when the guild bank incoming window said it had 20 slots available. Ahhhh, so only the leader can change permissions for items or add them to the bank. Bummer, I was hoping to avoid having to click on everything in there to make it public.

It seems that the permissions tab of the guild management window is not impacting access to the guild bank.

I cannot figure out how into give anyone other than the guild leader permission to do anything with the bank. Officers can still invite people to the guild.
