The number of slots that the guild bank says it has available is wrong.
I deposited 3 items when the guild bank incoming window said it had 20 slots available. I didn’t notice that the items did not show up.
When I transferred some of the items into the guild bank, the first item I deposited appeared in the incoming window was restored, however the other two items disappeared.
RIP dirty green gemstones!

It would appear that upon logging out and logging back in again the gemstones ended up in my inventory!

Still. For future reference. The guild bank depository (before it goes into the bank) has 20 slots. Not 40 as it says.
So glad that they didn't poof! They were just dirty casters, but still!

Its odd, does the same for me. When the bank says it has 20 spots left in the deposit portion its actually full.
