Feline Elixir Potion

Thought it might be cool to add the potion Feline Elixir to the Casual Dreams merchant. Potion provides Spirit of Cheetah (190% movement speed at lvl 41) for 8 ticks; recast 600 seconds. Thought it might be a nice support item for running through longer zones.

Worth mentioning- Bard-speed Drogmor mounts can be obtained in the casino, and tickets only cost 1k from the arena merchant. This could be a good workaround to any issues you're having with travel time.

Otherwise, equivalent speed mounts can be farmed or bought through normal gameplay (including the Casino) =)

Oh... and while you can sneak upto the faction vendor, anything you buy will *poof* when you zone out from PoK.

Edit: Don't forget you need Luclin graphics enabled to be able to ride mounts (Drakkin is always enabled).
