Bard Epic - Performance Resonance Effect broken

So i did the bard epic. Sadly it does not seem to enchance my songs by 80%. Maybe i understood something wrong when i read that but i did a Dot Song on a mob and the damage stais the same. No matter if i use the epic or no mod.

Ice Dot without Drum or Epic: 85 dmg a tick
Ice Dot with Epic but no Drum: 85 dmg a tick
Ice Dot with Epic and Drum: 125 dmg a tick

Ok something is fishy. I went on and did a Test with Resist buffing:


Song: Psalm of Mystic Shielding (MR)

Totaly naked (things you do for testing..)

NO Song up: 60 MR
playing the above song: 180 MR
Using Epic and playing the song: 250 (epic has 10 MR on the weapon)
Amping the song without Epic: 300
Amping the song with Epic: 370

Next test .. Dot damage with and without epic

song: Tuyens chant of frost

nothing equipd: 33 dmg
Epic: 59 dmg
Pristine witheren hide drum: 125 dmg
my full gear without drum or epic (ya somewhere must be a mod in there): 85dmg
my full gear with Epic: 85 dmg
my full gear with Epic and drum: 125 dmg

oh dangit, i was hoping the epic whould add something on top. Or do we have a stacking issue here? Should performance resonance stack with the normal mods? ...a bit disapointing

Instrument mods do not stack, and should not stack, nor do instrument-based augments. Whichever mod is the highest is applied. AAs and singing clickies are an exception.
