Fungus Covered Great Staff

The Fungus Covered Great Staff from the Shadow Haven Casino doesn't seem to be working. It clicks from bag as it should, but nothing happens after you cast.

Thought my spellfile was needing updating because I was having the same problem. So I guess I can also confirm.

it wont stack with any run speed buffs(as its a snare). Its supposed to overwrite it I think but it doesn't.

Can confirm this. Run speed buffs just have a higher priority and won't overwrite. I think this is 100% fine and it's easy enough to work around.
