I went through the vendors in the bazaar recently to try and figure out the best type 3 augs they had. Since I ended up with a list, I figured I'd share it and see if helps anyone else trying to figure out the best type 3 for some of the end-game drops. Note: I didn't bother with the mana regen, nor any of the HP regen ones that weren't as high as 5.
