paladin epic 1.0 quest bug

the peasant women in E freeport is supposed to give me a bucket of water. She says the right stuff but doesn't give the bucket. please address this
She is at 139, -548

The Peasant Woman is working well (no pun intended), I was unable to replicate any problems with her.

She will only give the water to Paladins, fyi.

She is located in revamped East Freeport and original West Freeport.

I know I've seen some one with their epic done in ooc but i cant figure out how they did this. The Peasant Woman in both revamped and old zones will not give me the bucket of water when i say "I will take this water to him" she only repeats her previous dialog over again. My guess is she is responding to the word "water" since that is all you have to say to move her dialog to the 2nd step.

My level 51 Erudite Paladin named Blurso who worships Quellios cons warmly to her at this time. Any pointers on what I may be doing wrong would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks to Polly for some in game help. You need to say "i will take it to him" to get the bucket you can take to Joshua.
