Epic is supposed to be able to go in Charm slot?

Hi, I noticed that epic 1.0 is supposed to be able to be equipped in your charm slot, but I cannot equip my Wizard's epic in my charm slot. I was just wondering if this is by design or not.

Check the augments for slot restrictions.

I’m sure that’s the problem, as my friend was able to equip his epic in his charm slot.
