Slam -- Not working for non bash class

So I decided to play around with a Shaman today. I choose a Barb because I had not had any races as a barb yet. While leveling up I noticed that the Slam was not working at all. No animation, no misses nothing. I had initially thought it was due to the low skill but it does not appear to be work at all. I tried this on a Ogre and Troll as well and noticed the same thing when play a class that does not get bash.

It works fine on my Troll SK and Orge warrior, but I did not get a miss or anything when running it again on a none bash class. Just passing it along. Have a great Easter all.

I was wondering the same thing. I made a Barb rogue so that i could bash and interrupt. Found out later the skill is maxed at 1 . However, I never see any messages when using it. From what I understand now is that it should do 1 damage and never skill up. Perhaps we could just have the bash skill like a warrior for a large race of any class .
