FIXED: Exp buff not being applied

I have a few Drakkin (current arena champs) and I have noticed that the 30% exp buff does not reapply itself once dispelled or otherwise cancelled. I rolled up a noob Drakkin just now and the buff was not applied at creation either.

not sure if this is Drakkin specific, but FYI...I needs mah extra xps

I can confirm this is happening. I logged in a Drakkin (ugh, Luclin graphics =D) and I didn't receive the learning buff. I checked the Arena and the Drakkin Champion is no longer in his winner's circle either. Let's see what happens after today's tournament.

I have made a few tweaks to address these inconveniences. Let me know if there are still problems.
