Trying to get epic ranger piece

Killed Regular VS several times, no stone

Waited for VSR to show as recommended by Bariag, waited in great hall for him to spawn, nada

Saw him in there when I logged in Ranger, but VSR poofed after a few seconds, not showing up on track, happened twice

Philbert said hes always up, but not for me.

Is he spawning underneath the ground or I'm just very unlucky?

Heya, I'm trying to complete my Druid epic and I'm running into the same issue. I've defeated Venril Sathir twice today and the remains are not spawning to complete the next step

The 1 hour respawn on Venril Sathir makes interaction with Venril Sathir Remains difficult so:

Venril Sathir now drops the Pulsing Green Stone every time.
