Fabled Temple of Veeshan 
Instanced by guild or account, it is full of fresh but familiar horrors which you will find very rewarding... if you survive.
Your guildmates can join you at any time from the nearest Magus.
Unguilded? You can swap characters on the same account at will and keep chipping away at the same instance.
The instance lasts 20 hours.
You need to be level 65 and have 200+ AA points spent or flags from the Elemental Gods/Quarm to enter.

I've seen quite a bit of confusion in the game so let me do a bit of clearing up.
Yes, you DO Need to have either 200 AAs, OR have killed ALL of the Elemental Gods (Coirnav, Rathe, Fennin, and Xegony) as well as Quarm. What order you do them in does not matter (Quarm provides you a flag upon death, no hail for it unlike with elemental gods). I did them in order on my rogue successfully, then did them with a friend who did Quarm first then elementals and worked successfully.
Unsure if you can handle fabled NTOV? Chances are you haven't tried West TOV either. If you can handle Fabled Lendinaria in West TOV, you're likely going to be able to handle north as well.

Took nearly 7 hours (couple breaks here and there), but got my first Fabled Vulak kill. Very well done, Poru!

Zone into the normal ToV and there's a big giant guy to talk to at the entrance. Once you have your instance, you can teleport back to it via a Magus (gives a new option when you Hail one with an active instance).

Tried to zone into Fabled ToV for the first time, both me and my brother were able to zone in, but we could not walk around or see anything, literally. Like the zone files were missing?
Anyone know a fix? Total bummer, we were excited to try it...
