Firiona Vie npc Foloal Stormforest for Ranger EPIC

I've been working my ranger epic, everything has worked perfectly so far, until I got to part with Foloal and found her missing from the zone. Firiona Vie should have other npcs as well on the island you reach via the causeway.

Correction found her, just in a different location in FV
