Soul gems

Ive killed the Troll ~25 times over the last several weeks and have not seen a Soul gem drop. I am curious to hear if anyones seen one lately!
Got one off him yesterday so yea it does drop just must be a rare. It is also supposed to be better gear when 3 or more are attacking. So I try to get more to join in when I do it.
