Last week I heard someone ask where to buy the lvl 12/13 charm spell for the enchanter class. A few days later someone else asked and indicated that they checked in the PoK library at the level 1-25 spell vendor but couldn't find level 12 Charm spell. I went to look myself (on a non-enchanter character). I easily found the level 12 spell in the list, but I had to uncheck the "Show me Only Items I can Use" filter box. When the enchanter character did the same they found their level 12 enchanter spell. Something must be typo'd there causing that spell (possibly others) to not be considered an Enchanter usable item.
