Hello.

I am having an issue with one of my characters being stuck. I can log them in and move around the zone I am in but I have no access to universal chat system and I cannot zone out of the zone I am in without the game freezeing. this is only happening on one toon and started a couple nights ago out of the blue.

at the character select screen try hitting the "enter tutorial" button. should take them back to gloomingdeep

So this is a bug with using the Origins ability. Is this something that is being looked at?

This sounds like a wrong/custom/corrupt file issue.

Rename the zone files of whichever zone you are having the problem with and try replacing them with the zone files from another client.

The Return Home button at character select also works for leaving problem zones or getting unstuck.
