Necro AA Fixes

List of Necro AA Fixes -
1- Lifeburn does not drain to 0% and put in a Feigned Death state on Live. Drains health to 25%, does not FD. Also is not supposed to be affected by Magical Damage increases such as Muram's Anger. As much as I love a 20k lifeburn, its not supposed to do that. Only supposed to do what the caster has for HP.
2- Swarm of Decay is absolutely useless. Is supposed to be a skeleton archer pet that does range damage for 15-30s. Currently does not function at all, summons a grey con skeleton that does not hit at all. Higher ranks summon more skeletons.
3- Pet Discipline - /pet hold is negated when a NPC does any area of effect skill damaging the pet directly. The pet command is supposed to make it hold through everything.
Necro spell fixes:
1 - Death Peace, level 60 Feign Death. When it fizzles it locks the cast bar for 5-10 seconds. Is supposed to fizzle and not lock the cast bar.
2 - Crippling Claucidation - Spoke with Poru regarding this.
(Edit to show I stood corrected, Night Fire was purchasable on a NPC)
