Beastlord Epic - Scout Vyrak/Spirit of Rage

When you hand The Official Seal of the Khati Sha to Scout Vyrak in The Emerald Jungle they provide the dialog but the Spirit of Rage does not spawn. This seems to be the only spirit where this occurs. Thank you for taking a look.

Found it spawning, though very far from where the npc dialog states and far from all the online sources indicate.
The /loc is 1440, 4164, -44 and the #loc is 4164, 1440, -44
