I've been camping the Mage Epic item from CoM the last few days. Is there any chance to up the respawn rate (not the % chance) of the Black reavers?

I've had some luck having the named pop that drops the item I need, but it hasn't dropped. The respawn timer for the Black reavers is still around 45 minutes.
