So at PoP era, all of the special Monk attacks were on the same cooldown. At some point they changed it to kick, round kick, and flying kick to be on a separate cooldown from the rest of the attacks.
Currently Tiger Strike (weakest strike line ability) is on its own cooldown, but everything else is on the same. Is this a client issue, intentional for balance, or something else?

I have not messed with core Monk abilities so I really don't know.
Their DPS is competitive so I lean towards not over thinking it.
