donation error

I was trying to make a donation. The donation page said the security code was incorrect (pretty sure I had it right). I tried to redo from a different computer with a different browser but it said to come get help so here I am! Anyone else have similar issues? Thank you.

How long does it take after making a donation, to gain the faction in game?

Should be right away but you may need to zone out of PoK and back in again.
