I'm seeing toons with items that come from inaccessible areas. Seen a breastplate on someone that comes from Theater of Blood. But my copy of RoF2 does not have that area. How are they getting items from inaccessible areas?

There are some custom encounters that drop items that are not accessible through normal content means. Poru has put in tough encounters that reward you with items that are from other expansions.
