Characters Wiped

I logged in this morning and found that all of my characters had been wiped out on my main account. Is there anyone that can help me with this? All 3 characters still exist on my secondary account. I am confused about what has happened if it was intentional or accidental.

It is possible it was from the power outage that Poru reported. I know I saw some old things in my bank inventory, but I did not see any Characters removed just some were unguilded.

There was about 9/12 characters on the acct. I hope I can get them back and the items they had.
