Is Hand of the Maestro supposed to have a chance to NOT drop? I thought it was 100% drop rate off of the mob Hand of the Maestro?

I went to PoHate to kill for the Hand, took down Hand AND the Maestro himself and neither dropped it.

Anybody on this server to the Coldain Ring quests? With how important Damage Shields seem to be, I'm tempted to try it. Instant-click DS seems good for my Warrior.

Worth mentioning- Bard-speed Drogmor mounts can be obtained in the casino, and tickets only cost 1k from the arena merchant. This could be a good workaround to any issues you're having with travel time.
