Would you consider adding this item to the casino? It was originally removed because guilds were using it to position perma rooted mobs to corners or next to doors/walls to avoid AE's.

When does it go blank? At the character select screen or the server select screen? There are only a couple of files that become associated with the account/server/character select that make it unique from the account that is not freezing.
