I play at odd hours, and there generally aren't many people on when I'm in game, so I just bit the bullet and leveled my own tinker. /shrug

Might it be possible to add tinkered rebreathers to the imbued / enchanted vendor in Baz for the warrior epic, so we aren't required to level up a tinker to complete the quest?

The Kobold skull charm quest in the tutorial requires a groundspawn mushroom turn-in to the female DE npc for a quest update. The groundspawn is missing now, it was there a few weeks ago. I rolled a new warrior, and am unable to complete the quest for his charm slot item now.
