Berserker AA Ability (Class) Frenzied Defense

Doesn't work as intended.. in fact it does the total opposite. If you use the counter attack ability, you Frenzy on yourself non-stop until you die. I have done it five times to see.. if it was functioning correctly. No, you hurt yourself And you can cripple yourself as well! If able, could you please disable this ability? If anything, please and thank you.

I've done further testing! It appears it doesn't really work.. in general. Even having it as rank 2.
Furthermore it only murders and attacks myself if I am in in a crippling blow state (90% or lower HP) with the Reckless discipline talent on.
It really negates that discipline having this AA, if nothing else. Disabling it will be okay if it's too much effort to fix! Please, and thank you.
