Casual Dreams

The Bard dots Chords of Dissonance and Denon's Disruptive Discord do not seem to stack on mobs. Other dots of theirs may be the same but I'm not high enough to test yet.

Was this a change made here due to lower mob strength?

I have not altered bard song mechanics.

The emulator team tends to follow modern mechanics but it could be a bug.

p99 does it's own thing and doesn't share.
