Casual Dreams

Hi I've been on server about a week and a half now and had the pleasure of meeting a few nice people that have answered some questions for me about the server and passed some decent gear pieces along to me. My monk is now almost 60 and I'm having a hard time getting any advice or anything about a good place to farm for a good weapon or weapons for monk. I'd like to start doing some raid stuff but I'm afraid bare fists arent gonna cut it. I did manage to farm the 2h staff that procs lightning strike for some AE xp pulls but straight fps weapons for bosses and stuff I'm at a loss. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
