Can't get Fairy Lamps credited to account

I made a donation the other day for the server and was given the prompt to claim my reward of Fairy Lamps. I cleared space and everything but the won't appear in my inventory. Keeps saying "Sending request to server".

Is this using the /claim window?
Try using it in a fresh zone somewhere off the beaten path. Sometimes the hub zones start acting weird when they have been up for a long time.
Either way we'll sort it out, don't sweat it.

Tried using it in several zones and I still can't get the lamps to appear in my inventory.

Everything looks good in the database. There are no obvious problems server-side.
Which client are you using?
If you are using RoF2 try having 3 totally empty slots (no bags, etc.). Two of the inventory bag slots are not implemented on the emulator yet.
