I got your PM about this as well.

I was unable to reproduce lag/framerate issues while looting.

Framerate issues are almost always client-side (your machine).

Everything looks good server-side, I saw almost no CPU usage with 17 people on.

If you wipe out an entire zone and have a mountain of corpses in front of you your machine has to draw all of those bodies and this is likely what is causing your framerate issues (lag).

/shownpcnames off

can help when you are dealing with lag from lots of corpses.
