So, I'm not completely up to date on how the Arch Lich script is supposed to work. As far as I recall from my glory days on live, killing Rhag 1 is supposed to spawn Rhag 2 if he's not up, which in turn spawns Arch Lich if AL is due. I can't recall if Rhag 2 is supposed to spawn naturally too though.
In any case, I was treated to a bit of a surprise after having killed Rhag 1, with two copies of Rhag 2 being up in his room. I've been using Ssra as a leveling zone, and have killed Rhag 1 numerous times (he's easy, and his loots are good cash), without actually wanting to do the Arch Lich cycle. So me killing Rhag 1 several times over several of Arch Lich's spawn windows might have caused the double pop.
