Tried again to farm for Abashi's Rod - this AM Thylex is up, cleared all the nameds in NTOV, made sure even the corpses of the Lords and Ladies were gone.
Thylex did not despawn and Vulakk did not spawn.
Repeated another cycle - he still wont spawn.
Vulakk seems to be bugged again.

Just ran through the normal Ntov process and skipped the mobs that don't need killed. Vulak spawned like normal.
