SOLVED: default UI bug

I started a new toon on the server last night, leveled her to 37-ish, and every time I cross a zoneline, her hotbars reset. I'm using the default UI, and the RoF2 client. It's getting VERY annoying to have to constantly redo all my hotbuttons and clickies everytime I cross a steenkin zoneline. 
UPDATE: turned out to be a problem with where my folder was placed when I unzipped my d'load. Thanks to some help ingame, problem solved. YAYS!
