server down?

anyone else unable to log in?
Our ISP was having a problem but it looks like someone there has it sorted out now.
The first person I spoke to couldn't figure out how to ping us or our next hop (their own switch).
I am using the "opportunity" to update operating systems now.
Back up soon!
