Distillate of Skinspikes duration issue.

I'm not listing this as a bug because I believe it was done on purpose/accident when changing something else... but why in the name of Thule do the DS Pots only have a 5 minute duration? It's supposed to be 15.

They scale with level because they would be overpowered at lower levels otherwise.
