Looking for an IP Exemption

My Cousin and I live together and would like to see if we could get an IP exemption so we both could box a toon. If its possible I can give you the accounts we will be using. Thanks
IP exemptions are for 3+ people living together who want to play together (permanent) and LAN parties (temporary).
There's nothing the two of you can't handle and you guys can invite another player along if you want to speed things along.
