Veeshan's Peak Access

I tried the front door and there seems to be something that "You cannot reach" at the platform behind Dry Sappura.
I heard you can get access from the Plane of Sky, but cannot find any detail on that. after clearing all the islands I couldn't find a place to zone to VP.
there are 2 quests, the Rune of Scale and a new one that I did not see the NPC for.

Are any of these required or am I a clumbsy moron that just cant click the spot?

Nothing's required to enter, try clicking around on the floor in front of the door.

Thanks, I have trouble clicking a few spots for some reason.

I clicked on the spot where Dry Sapara's tail is floating around and it let me in successfully in Skyfire.

It seems to be just about finding the right place to click in
