It seems that the permissions tab of the guild management window is not impacting access to the guild bank.

I cannot figure out how into give anyone other than the guild leader permission to do anything with the bank. Officers can still invite people to the guild.

Not an insurmountable issue.

I had looked this up some time back and I think I read those features were not yet added to the emulation.

Ahhhh, so only the leader can change permissions for items or add them to the bank. Bummer, I was hoping to avoid having to click on everything in there to make it public.
