I have one of these. I'm looking for another. I cannot figure out where I got it... VP 2.0? Random drop? Merchant?

On Alla it is sold by an NPC in Lavastorm, but he isn't there and requires radiant crystals anyway. I checked the Bazaar LDoN merchants. Perhaps one of the other camps sells it?

Probably got it in PoTime. The 175DD proc augs drop there a lot.
