Key's and Flags

Are Keys and Flagging requirements still required on this sever? I can seem to find any info posted anywhere.
There a very few keys or flag you will need to do things.
There are flags for getting to Fabled Temple of Veeshan you can either have 200+AAs or get the flags from the elemental planes and kill Quarm. The only 2 keys I can remember needing were the Ring of Shissar to be able to kill Emperor Ssraeshza and the Arx Key to kill Lord Inquisitor Seru (though you can warp to Seru with MQ2)
