UI not saving on exit

Not sure what’s going on, but I log out correctly….. and each time I log back in my Windows have to be re-arranged all over again. I also looked through my install file and I cannot see where either of my two characters are saved…. I’m not tech savvy but if there is anyone who could walk me through the steps on how to fix this I really appreciate it. Also I followed all the steps for installation so not sure what could be causing this other than maybe the location I downloaded RoF from?

Permissions issue.
It is best to install the game outside the Program Files directory. Install to C:/games/RoF2
Right click on game folder, select "Properties" and uncheck "Read-only", click apply.
Right click on game folder, select "Properties," click on "Security" tab, "Edit" button, Add your account with full control.

This annoyed me for over a week! Thanks for this fix. It worked for me too.
