There was a problem with one of my account after the Maintenance today. I had three characters: a necro (Diabloca), warrior (Aiden), and bard (Michaeljackson) on it all got wiped. My two other accounts with 7 other toons were fine. Could you please help me check and maybe somehow restore these toons? Thank you so much sir! if you need account info. i can send through email.

The shared bank table was corrupted, you probably logged in right at server start before I fixed it. Check again and PM me if it's still an issue.

I'm getting the "connection to the server could not be reached" message when I try to connect.

Brief downtime, software upgrade related to the hardware upgrade. Should be about an hour.
