Choppy Sound in fullscreen

i got the feeling i got this bug since about 2 days. can this be a problem with the changes?
anyone else having this problem? I only have the choppy sound when i play fullscreen. as soon as i leave fullscreen the sound is ok.

edit: rof client and befor 2 days was all fine

This is definitely client-side, there is nothing server-side that would impact the audio on your machine this way.

Drivers is the best guess. Any manual or auto-updates recently? Install or remove any software?

Nothing, besides maybe a windows update. But having this from a windows update.. i will keep a ear on it.

I recently fixed a desktop that was experiencing audio problems (channels dropping out/reduced volume). The problem was caused by the default Windows 10 audio driver. I replaced it with the chipset-specific driver and all was well.
