I like the NPC Arena Event.
Perhaps a PC version might be entertaining as well.
Maybe a bracketed 1 on 1, with a single champion for the day or week, with some individual reward.
Maybe a prison riot version, everyone for themselves, last man standing wins.
Since its a 2box server, maybe a 2 on 2 version.
