The Binden Concerrentia Quest Bug

Hello,

For the Binden Concerrentia Quest, Tabben Bromal in POK is meant to give a small clockwork Talisman and a Small parts container.
But, he didn't gave me the Small parts container, only the small clockwork Talisman.

I tried twice the quest but always had the problem and i'm stuck creating the Powered Clockwork Talisman.

I just looked at the standard eqemu quest script and it looks like if you say "I am ready" to Tabben he'll give you the Small Parts Container.
