FIXED: Wrong level - JAN 14, 2017

I Logged in and killed Va Xi Aten Ha Ra AND LOST 8 Levels ????? whats going on bugg??

I just lost 8 levels doing the first wave of mobs on the first phase in PoTimeB. Is there a way to get those reset without having to grind up again?

Not sure if it's related to the losing 8 levels bug, but I noticed when i logged on last night that my XP bar was at 100%, even though i know i was freshly into lvl 58. I got some xp last night, and nothing happened with my xp bar, so figured the bug would pass or something.

Well, this morning i log on to do a quest, and killed some mobs that gave xp, and it de-lvl'd me to 57 at 43% xp on my xp bar.

My xp bar (Blixxen) has been at 100% since last night. Killed Fennin Ro this morning with no xp issues that I'm aware of though.

My run was before 9 am EST (and before today's restart). Haven't been on since.

yeah i logged on around 11:15-11:30 this morning / afternoon, and thats when it occurred.

This has been fixed.

Character level was being calculated incorrectly by the client as a result of changes to the source yesterday.

Comments in the EQemu source indicated a change I made was 100% acceptable. It wasn't, so i reverted.

I apologize for any inconvenience. Bugs happen. I wish they didn't.

Zoning into PoK, Bazaar, or Guild Lobby will now automagically fix your level (if appropriate).

If you were 57 and dinged 65 instead of 58, you were never really 65. Your level was being calculated incorrectly.

What if you were level 58 before jan 12th, and were deleveled to 57? that is the case for my monk Kontao

I was hoping that relogging my bard would resolve his issue without having to ask for help. it didn't. any way you could bring Taliesin back up to 58 as well? he was in the same boat as Kontao, as i leveled them up together.
