I think it would be a hard thing to do without implementing GoD and OoW.

I've seen private servers with 1.5 and 2.0 epics, but they were obtained through other ways.

I can't speak for Poru, but he's made no mention of 1.5s at this time. His focus seems to be on creating a variety of world events, and creating some self-help services, as well as tidying up bugs and other issues that arise from existing content.

If 1.5s were to be implemented, they're definitely not in the near future.

Since you asked a question, I think this is fine in general. Feel free to create a new post regarding Epic 1.5s in the suggestion section along with ideas for implementation (assuming the zones attached to 1.5s will not be accessible).

The lack of 1.5's is the main reason I haven't been playing much, to be honest. If Poru was willing to introduce 1.5 or 2.0 Epics, I'd probably cancel all 4 of my live accounts and just play here full time instead. Heck, I'd probably start paying him instead of the DBG subscriptions lol. I miss my old SK from before the mega-nerfs
