Bug: Ranger epic Note hand in and no bowl given back

I'm doing the ranger epic, i have her the note and did not recieve the shine bowl.
As per
https://www.eqprogression.com/ranger-1-0-epic-quest/ STEP 6.
"Go to Misty Thicket and track down Ella Foodcrafter. Give her Earth Stained Note to receive Shiny Tin Bowl."

The same thing just happened to me. Turned in the note and got no bowl back.

This response is far to late to help those above, but in case anyone else comes looking in the future, you need to talk to her after turn in.
Ask her, "What Task?" and then she'll give you the bowl.
I'm assuming it's singular "task" and not multiple "tasks" like it was for my Druid, since I go back to visit her later on and Ranger's don't because the quest lines split later on. The quests are identical up to the 15th part, so just do it once up to the bowl, and then get two of each foraged item (for two hardened mixtures, one for Druid and one for Ranger) to skip the 7 steps for your Druid alt.
