Ok, had to post this because it was insane... 65 ranger using Frozen Bow of the Gelidin. The entry at the top is to show that yes, I am outputting my misses

Title says it all, that's about 5-6x as hard as Quarm. I was still able to power through the fight by spamming heal potions while my pet provided the DPS, but I'm also in custom boss gear with almost 400 AAs. A character that doesn't outgear the rest of the zone will be hard-pressed to win.

You're forgetting fire, which Blixxen has used quite effectively

I personally like the LFay vampire event since most of the others have nasty abilities for 2nd on hate list. Mino and Beholder can one shot my pet. Bows do not use damage bonus, so just go for ratio. Range doesn't really come into play since the ones in the endgame have a good range stat.
